Three small changes made a big difference in my pickleball game.
First, proper electrolytes. Once I stopped just drinking water and actually replaced sodium and minerals, my energy stayed steady and my hands didn’t fade late in games. Second, keeping both feet on the ground. Staying balanced instead of popping up helped me reset faster, control shots, and avoid unnecessary errors. Third, stronger forearms. Better grip strength gave me more paddle control, cleaner contact, and extra pace without swinging harder. Simple adjustments—but together, they leveled up my game fast.
