These 1969 Camaro Restomods Pack 650-HP LT4 Engines Carbon Fiber Bodywork

Christened “Viral,” the restomodded muscle car is being touted by Finale Speed as being “the world’s first exposed-weave carbon-fiber ’69 Camaro.” Built to full OEM-spec utilizing pre-preg autoclave-cured carbon fiber, this exposed weave replica bodywork has been treated to flush-mounted glass, all-billet hinges and handles, all-LED lighting, and a protective ASF Glasurit clear coat. Beneath the bodywork also sits a modern, custom-built chassis. Under its carbon fiber hood, Viral packs a GM Performance LT4 crate engine with a Wegner pulley system, an American Autowire harness, and a custom stainless steel exhaust system with Ultimate Headers headers and MagnaFlow mufflers. Good for 650hp, the 6.2-liter small block V8 has been paired with a Tremec T-56 Super Magnum six-speed manual transmission, plus a 9” rear end with a Positraction limited slip diff and Dutchman axles.
